

Hi I'm Nina, your Holistic Counsellor & Wellness Coach
My name is Nina, welcome to Vivre Wellness.
I am a Wellness Coach, Holistic Therapist and Counsellor passionate about supporting individuals to improve their emotional wellbeing, reconnect with themselves and create meaningful, lasting change. My approach combines evidence-based counselling with holistic and body-based practices, recognising the connection between the mind, body and emotions.

Wellness Coaching
Together, we focus on building healthy habits, increasing self-awareness and creating practical strategies that support greater balance, resilience and overall wellbeing.
Breathwork & Nervous System Regulation
As a qualified Breathwork Facilitator, I guide individuals and groups through practices designed to support stress management, relaxation and emotional wellbeing.
Somatic Movement & Mind-Body Practices
Through a blend of somatic movement, Pilates, stretching and mindful movement, I support individuals to reconnect with their bodies, process stress and cultivate greater self-awareness and balance.

Workshops & Group Experiences
I facilitate workshops, classes and events that foster self-connection, emotional wellbeing, empowerment and community. These experiences may include breathwork, movement, mindfulness, vision boarding and practical wellbeing tools.
