Vivre Wellness is a multi award-winning and heart-led social enterprise founded by Counsellor, Wellness Coach and Wellbeing Facilitator, Nina Sackprasith.
Inspired by her own journey through adversity, grief and personal growth, Nina created Vivre Wellness to provide a safe, compassionate space where people feel heard, supported and empowered. Having experienced what it feels like to navigate life's challenges, she understands the courage it takes to seek support and believes meaningful change begins when people feel genuinely seen and understood.
Today, Nina supports individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, and challenges with self esteem and self worth. Using a person centred and solution focused counselling approach, she tailors each session to the individual, integrating evidence informed holistic practices where appropriate to help clients build resilience, strengthen emotional wellbeing and create meaningful, lasting change.
